Rates are in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and inclusive of Breakfast.

Remarks:

Child's Policy :
-Child 4-10 years old sharing the same bed with parents without extra bed is free of charge.
-Compulsory ABF at THB 250 per meaL per child.(Maximum 2 children per room)

Peak Season condition:
-A minimum of 4 nights consecutive stay is required for any reservation between 24.12.2008-04.01.2009 with no check out allowed on 31.12.2008.
Compulsory Gala Dinner:
-New Year Eve on 31.12.2008 is THB 2,500 per Adult / THB 1,250 per child

**Cancellation, Amendment & No Show Policy**
-Any cancellation notice must be recieved in writing by email or fax.
*Cancellation or amendment shall be made 16 days before the arrival date. The cancellation and administrative fee of 2 nights room charge will be levied for notifying within less than 16 days and more than 7 days.
***Deposit is Non-refundable during Peak season***
