Rates are in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and inclusive of breakfast.

Child Policy:
-Child under 12 years old sharing parents' room, one roll-away extra bed is free of charge on room only basis.
(Maximum 1 child per room) but Compulsory ABF per day at 50% of Adult's price.

Compulsory Gala Dinner:
-Xmas Eve on 24.12.2008 is THB 3,720 per person
-New Year Eve on 31.12.2008 is THB 4,345 person
-Minimum stay of 4 nights is required fro arrival between 28-31.12.2008

**Cancellation, Amendment & No Show Policy**
-Any cancellation notice must be recieved in writing by email or fax.
*Cancellation or amendment shall be made 16 days before the arrival date. The cancellation and administrative fee of 3 nights room charge will be levied for notifying within less than 16 days and more than 7 days.
***Deposit is Non-refundable during Peak season***
